Before your appointment, please review the following:
✓ Bring a valid, non-expired USA government-issued photo ID. Copies or photos are not accepted.
✓ Do NOT sign your documents before I arrive. I must witness the signing.
✓ All signers must be present, competent, and willing to sign.
✓ Witness Coordination available if needed.
✓ If you have pets, please put them in another room for the duration of the appointment.
✓ Payment is due at the time of service.
There is a 10-minute grace period from your scheduled start time. After that, a $20 fee applies per every 15 additional minutes. If I arrive and the appointment cannot be completed for a reason outside of my control, the $85 travel fee still applies.
