01 Mobile Notary
For any document that needs an official stamp — we come to you.
WHO THIS IS FOR
✓ You need to sign an important document and make it official
✓ Your bank, employer, or government office asked for a 'notarized' document
✓ You need a witness for a legal signature
✓ You're homebound, in the hospital, or just can't make it to an office
WHAT TO BRING
→ Your valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport)
→ The document(s) that need to be notarized — do not sign them yet
→ Any co-signers or witnesses who also need to be present
02 Loan Signing Agent
Real estate closings, done right — at your kitchen table.
WHO THIS IS FOR
✓ You're buying or selling a home and need to sign your closing documents
✓ You're refinancing your mortgage
✓ Your title company or lender needs a certified notary to witness the signing
✓ You want someone who knows the paperwork and can walk you through it calmly
WHAT TO BRING
→ Your valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport)
→ Any documents your title company or lender sent you in advance
→ A cashier's check or wire confirmation if your closing requires funds
→ Your co-borrower (if applicable) — they need to be present too
03 Apostille Services
Getting your U.S. documents officially recognized in another country — and making sure they get there.
WHO THIS IS FOR
✓ You're moving abroad and need to verify your U.S. documents internationally
✓ A foreign government, school, or employer requires a certified U.S. document
✓ You need a birth certificate, marriage certificate, diploma, or other document authenticated
✓ You're adopting internationally or working through dual-citizenship paperwork
✓ Notaries needing their documents hand-delivered to the Texas Secretary of State or another office — and you don't want to deal with
the logistics yourself
✓ You're out of state or out of the country and need someone local in Texas to handle it on your behalf
WHAT TO BRING
→ The original document (birth certificate, diploma, marriage certificate, etc.)
→ A copy of your photo ID
→ The name of the country the document is going to — some countries have specific requirements and I will walk you through them
→ Any deadline information — apostille processing times vary and courier options can be chosen based on urgency
→ If you're remote: I can coordinate the full process on your behalf — just reach out and I'll explain exactly what to send and how
04 Estate Planning Documents
Protecting your family's future — with someone who handles it with care.
WHO THIS IS FOR
✓ You're setting up a Will, Trust, or Power of Attorney
✓ You need someone to witness and notarize your Health Care Directive or Living Will
✓ Your loved one needs help signing legal documents and can't travel

→ Your valid, government-issued photo ID
→ The completed documents prepared by your attorney (I notarize; I do not draft legal documents)
→ Any required witnesses — your attorney will tell you if you need them
→ A quiet, comfortable space — I come to you
05 Courier & Document Services
I handle the logistics — printing, scanning, and delivering your documents.
WHO THIS IS FOR
✓ Your printer is broken and you need documents printed before a signing
✓ You need documents scanned and sent to a title company or government office immediately
✓ You need important paperwork delivered or shipped on your behalf
✓ You want one less thing to worry about
WHAT TO BRING
→ Digital files sent in advance (PDF preferred) for printing
→ Delivery address or recipient information
→ Any specific instructions for how documents should be packaged or sent
06 Witness Services
Sometimes you just need a neutral, trusted person in the room.
WHO THIS IS FOR
✓ You need one or two witnesses for your document signing but don't have anyone available
✓ You'd prefer to keep the details of your documents private from family or friends
✓ Your attorney or title company requires witnesses and you weren't prepared
✓ You're signing a will, trust, power of attorney, or other sensitive document and want a professional, discreet presence
✓ You need a witness on short notice and can't arrange one in time
WHAT TO BRING
→ Your valid, government-issued photo ID The document(s) that require a witness — do not sign anything yet
→ Confirmation of how many witnesses are required (your attorney or the document instructions will specify — usually one or two)
→ Any specific instructions about witness eligibility (some documents have rules about who can and cannot serve as a witness)
07 Document Translation Services
Need your documents in another language? I can help.
WHO THIS IS FOR
✓ You need a document translated and aren't sure where to start
✓ You're submitting paperwork to a school, employer, or organization that requires another language
✓ You need a translated document to accompany a notarized or apostilled file
✓ You want a professional quote before committing to anything
HOW IT WORKS
✓ Send your document (PDF or digital file)
✓ I review it and sends you a quote based on language, word count, complexity, and turnaround time
✓ You approve the quote and pay
✓ Your translated document is delivered electronically
Standard turnaround: 2–3 business days. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
WHAT TO HAVE READY
✓ Your document in PDF or digital format
✓ The language you need it translated into
✓ The name of the organization receiving it and any requirements they've given you
✓ Your desired turnaround time

Translation services are separate from notarial services. If a government agency, court, immigration authority, or other organization requires a certified translation, please confirm their specific requirements before ordering. I will let you know what's possible based on your needs.
